Peach Aviation Limited (Peach Aviation株式会社 Peach Aviation Kabushiki Kaisha, operating under the brand name Peach) is a low-cost airline based in Japan. Its head office is on the third floor of Aeroplaza (エアロプラザ), located on the property of Kansai International Airport in Tajiri, Sennan District, Osaka Prefecture.





Peach was formed in February 2011 as A&F Aviation, a joint venture between All Nippon Airways and First Eastern Investment Group. The company applied for an operating certificate in April 2011 and changed its name to Peach Aviation in May 2011. Its shares are held in almost equal portions by ANA, FEIG and the Innovation Network Corporation of Japan, with ANA holding a slightly larger share than the other two.

Peach's aircraft livery was designed by Neil Denari, and its crew uniforms by James Wilkie. The airline is based at Kansai International Airport.

In July 2011, Peach received 1,909 applications for its first class of ninety flight attendants.

Peach Aviation 株式会社(ピーチ・アビエーション)は、日本の格安航空会社である。

2011年2月10日、全日本空輸(ANA)と香港の投資会社 ファーストイースタン・インベストメントグループ(FE、First Eastern Investment Group)の出資により、A&F・Aviation株式会社として設立された。設立時の出資額は全日本空輸 1,005万円、First Eastern Aviation Holdings Limited 1,000万円、その他 1,000万円となっている。また、産業革新機構も出資することが明らかとなった。

就航開始時までに、民間から更に出資を募り、最大で約150億円まで増資し、リースした小型機(エアバスA320)で2012年3月から就航開始する計画である。就航開始後3年目には黒字化を目指している。

2011年5月24日、新社名をPeach Aviation株式会社に、ブランド名を Peach にすることが発表され、桃色を基調にしたデザインも発表された。トータル・ブランディングはCIA Inc. | the brand architect groupが担当。

6月13日、ライアンエアーの元会長、パトリック・マーフィー(Patrick Murphy)をアドバイザーに迎えることが明らかとなった。6月27日、契約社員として客室乗務員約90名を、経験を問わず採用すると発表した。
