Rihanna Says New Tattoo Is Gramatically Correct
Rihanna says “au contraire” if you think her new French tattoo is gramatically incorrect!
The “Rude Boy” singer had “rebelle fleur” tattooed on her neck, thinking it translated to “rebel flower” in English, but to her surprise the actual correct translation would have read “fleur rebelle.”
But lucky for Ri Ri she is pretty confident with her new permanent ink, and according to OK! Magazine, even sent her tattoo artist, Keith “Bang Bang” McCurdy, a text message predicting the press would call her out on it being wrong.
“Rebelle fleur translates to rebel flower, NOT rebelious flower, its 2 nouns so in that case fleur does not HAVE to be first! Fyi, cuz they will ask”.
We say, whatever works for you Rihanna
